Getting your parcel of Letts of London goodies delivered straight to your door is our main priority. We have a number of different couriers and options to make sure that your order gets to you in time for your daily journaling, to-dos and gift giving.

You will receive a dispatch email, which will include your chosen delivery method, address information, and a full list of items shipped within your order. Please keep this dispatch email safe as it will need to be referenced if you would like to return anything.

All orders that are received by 6:30 am EST (Monday through Friday) are shipped that day. All orders received after 6:30 am are shipped on the following business day, including Next Day service.
Express delivery services may not be available when statutory holiday occur.

These shipping charges are for deliveries within Canada, in Canadian currency and do not include tax.
